Gas turbine cleaning

The blasting tests showed that using garnet as a blasting medium for gas turbine cleaning achieved better cleaning results than those obtained with the most commonly used glass beads, which means that turbine cleaning can be carried out faster and more cost efficiently. Furthermore, it has been shown that lower surface roughness values can be achieved by using garnet as blasting medium. Another disadvantage of using glass beads arose from the fact that glass bead blasting had a negative effect on surface crack testing.

With our optimized process, we have completely succeeded in satisfying our customers both at home and abroad. In the gas turbine cleaning field, these include above all the well-known worldwide market leaders.

Nevertheless, in this relatively new field for us, we are constantly looking for new partners and customers with whom we can continuously further develop our gas turbine cleaning process in order to minimize both their maintenance costs and maintenance time.
